Who we are
Nodelizer is a product of Nodelizer. Wherever this website, the app, a receipt or an email says “Nodelizer”, it means this company. To reach us about anything in these terms, write to us.
Your account
You need an account to use Nodelizer, and you need to be at least 18 to make one. Use a real email address and keep it up to date, because that’s where receipts, renewal notices and storage warnings go.
Keep your sign in to yourself. An account can be signed in on one computer at a time, and signing in on another signs the first one out. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an agent you connect to the app does.
The app asks you to sign in online at least once every seven days. In between, you can keep working offline.
You can’t use Nodelizer if trade sanctions stop us from serving you, for example because of where you live or because you are on a sanctions list.
The app
We give you a personal license to install the Nodelizer app on your own computers and use it while your account is in good standing. The app is licensed to you, not sold. You may not sell, rent or hand out copies of it, or take it apart to get around its limits, except where the law allows it.
Some parts of the app are open source and come with their own licenses, which ship with the app. Blender, which Nodelizer can download for you, is one of them. Nothing in these terms limits what those licenses let you do.
Your projects are folders on your computer. They keep working without a connection, and nothing in these terms gives us any right to them.
We update the app from time to time. Models come and go as the companies that make them release new ones and retire old ones, so the list in the app changes.
Plans and payment
Generating images, video, sound and 3D runs on our servers and costs credits. To get credits you subscribe to a plan, paid monthly or once a year. The pricing page lists what each plan costs and includes. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include tax; the app shows the tax for where you live, and the total, before you pay.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
An annual plan is paid once for the whole year, and its credits arrive month by month, on the same day each month.
You can move to a bigger plan at any time. The app shows what you pay today for the rest of the current period before you confirm. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew on their own at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. We charge the card on file on the renewal date. Your plan renews at the price you agreed to. If that price ever changes, we tell you before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then.
You can cancel at any time in Billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan, its credits and its cloud storage until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
If a renewal payment fails, we try again and let you know. If it is still unpaid seven days after the renewal date, the plan ends.
Refunds, including your right to cancel any purchase within 14 days, are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Credits
Credits are what you spend to run models. They are a prepaid way to use the service, not money: they have no cash value, can’t be sold or moved to another account, and are only refunded as the Refund Policy says.
- Plan credits arrive every month and last until your next monthly renewal date. Unused plan credits don’t carry over.
- Credits bought as a top up never expire, and you keep them if your plan ends. You need an active plan to buy a top up.
- Plan credits are spent first, then top ups.
Each model has its own price in credits, which depends on the model and on the settings you choose, such as size, length and how many results you ask for. The app shows the price before anything runs, and you pay it when you press Generate. Model prices follow what it costs us to run them, so they can go up or down, but never for a run you already started.
If a generation fails on our side, its credits come back to you. If the model runs and you don’t like the result, the credits are spent.
Cloud storage
Paid plans include cloud storage for the projects you choose to sync, and you can add more in units of 100 GB. The app shows the full cloud storage terms before you first use it; you can also read them at /storage. In short: you never pay for storage you didn’t ask for, it isn’t a backup service, and when your paid plan ends your cloud copies stay available to download for 30 days and are then deleted. Files on your computers are never touched.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nodelizer to make, store or share:
- anything that sexualizes minors, in any form;
- sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent;
- images, video or voices of real people meant to deceive, defame, harass or impersonate them;
- a copy of someone else’s voice without their permission;
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- malware, or anything else that is illegal.
You also may not try to get around the app’s prices, limits or safety checks, resell access to the service, or overload it on purpose.
The companies that make and run the models have their own safety and license rules, and may refuse a prompt or file. Those rules also apply to commercial work. Read /providers and ask us for the terms applicable to your chosen model before using it for work with special restrictions.
If you break these rules we may stop a generation, remove the files concerned from cloud storage, or suspend or close your account. Unless the law prevents it, we tell you what we did and why, and you can contest it by writing to support@nodelizer.com. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.
Your content
What you put in and what you make are yours. You keep every right you have to your prompts, the files you upload and the results you generate. We claim no ownership of any of it.
To run the service we have to handle your content: send your prompt and files to the AI service that runs the model you picked, keep results until the app downloads them, and keep the projects you put in cloud storage. You give us permission to do exactly that, for as long as it takes to provide the service to you, and nothing else. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t look at it unless you ask us to, or we receive a credible report or a legal order about it.
Results come from AI models, so they can resemble what someone else gets, and whether they are protected by copyright depends on the law where you are. Make sure what you use doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, especially for anything you publish or sell.
Only upload files you have the right to use. If you make a voice, use your own or one you have permission to copy.
Your inputs and outputs are private by default. We disclose them only to the services and authorized people needed to fulfill your request, to support you when you ask, or to act on a credible abuse report or legal obligation. We do not publish them or use them in marketing without your separate permission. Service diagnostics and feedback do not authorize model training. Our suppliers and their model makers have separate handling rules, explained at /providers.
As between you and Nodelizer, you may use results commercially, deliver them to clients and transfer any rights you have in them. Those permissions do not end when your subscription ends. Applicable model licenses, safety restrictions and third-party rights still apply; we cannot transfer rights that do not exist or belong to someone else.
Reporting a rights or safety concern
Email support@nodelizer.com if you own affected rights, represent someone affected, or want to report abuse, including nonconsensual intimate content. Identify the work or job, explain the issue and your connection to it, and provide a safe contact method. Send references and only the evidence needed; never attach illegal sexual content involving minors or unnecessary intimate material.
We review credible reports, may restrict access or preserve necessary evidence, and explain the action to affected users unless prohibited by law or unsafe. Urgent safety issues take priority. You can challenge an action through the same address with its reference and your reasons. We consider the response and explain our decision; a report alone does not decide ownership.
Our rights
The Nodelizer name, logo, app and website belong to us. These terms don’t give you any right to them beyond using the service. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use those suggestions without owing you anything. That does not grant permission to train on, publish or advertise with prompts, files or outputs you include. We use attached content only to investigate the issue or request you submitted.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nodelizer running, but the online features depend on our servers and on the AI services behind each model, which can be slow, busy or down. When things are busy, your generations wait their turn. We can’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
We may change, add or remove features and models. If a change takes away a significant part of what you paid for, you can cancel and we refund the unused part of your current period.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is. We aren’t responsible for losses you could reasonably have avoided, such as work you didn’t keep a copy of, or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. Where that law doesn’t allow one of the limits above, that limit doesn’t apply to you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Nodelizer whenever you want. To close and delete your account, write to support@nodelizer.com from the email on it. The Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what the law makes us keep.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, commit fraud, or if the law requires it. Unused credits on an account closed for fraud are lost. In any other case we tell you first when we can, and give you time to download your results.
Files on your computers stay yours whatever happens to your account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. If you keep using Nodelizer after that, the new terms apply, subject to any consent the law requires. Earlier versions and change summaries are at /legal-history.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where our company is registered (Brazil). If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@nodelizer.com and we’ll try to sort it out.
If you use Nodelizer as a consumer, that choice of law doesn’t take away the protection of the laws of the country where you live that can’t be set aside by contract, and you can take a dispute to the courts there. If you use Nodelizer for a business, you agree to the courts of the city where our company is registered.
